According to the doctors’ report, the ligaments of Rishabh Pant ‘s knee have been torn at two places and there is also severe swelling in them. He is currently kept under observation and will undergo surgery on Friday of this week. According to information received by sources close to the BCCI medical team, it may take 8 to 9 months for him to recover completely.
However, so far there is no information from the BCCI as to how serious his injury is and how long it will take for him to recover completely. But it has definitely been confirmed that he will not be able to participate in the IPL 2023 tournament.
